Who We Are

Information We Collect
Server logs (automatic)
Our hosting provider, Vercel, automatically collects standard server log data when you visit zonspark.com. This may include your IP address, browser type and version, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used solely for operating and securing the site and is retained in accordance with Vercel's privacy policy. We do not access or analyze this data beyond what is required to keep the site running.
Calendly (booking)
If you book a discovery call using the Calendly link on this site, your information is collected and processed by Calendly, Inc. under their own privacy policy. We receive the name, email address, and any notes you provide during booking in order to conduct the meeting. We do not store this information beyond the duration of our engagement.
Email
If you contact us at hello@zonspark.com, we receive and retain your email address and the contents of your message. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry.
Cookies
Zon Spark does not set any cookies. If third-party services you interact with on this site, such as Calendly, set cookies, those are governed by their own privacy policies.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiries and conduct discovery calls you have booked
- To operate and maintain the website (server logs via Vercel)
- To communicate with prospective or current clients
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
Data Retention
Email correspondence is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was received, or as required by applicable law. Calendly booking data is retained in accordance with Calendly's data retention practices. Server log data is managed by Vercel.
